Kevin Barnard

With over two decades of legal experience, Kevin Barnard, a respected attorney based in Randburg, South Africa, is a specialist in deceased estates, estate planning, corporate and commercial law, contract law, compliance, and dispute resolution. After graduating from Rhodes University with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Law, he was admitted to the High Court of South Africa in 2005.
As a member of the Law Society of South Africa and the Legal Practice Council, he has been an important advocate for his clients, representing them in a range of industries from hospitality to retail. With a solid track record in high-value and complex disputes, Kevin has worked on arbitrations, mediations, and court proceedings. His dedication to finding the best solution for every client's legal needs is unparalleled.
Teekay Mogari
Professional Assistant
Teekay Mogari is a valuable member of Kevin Barnard Attorneys team. Teekay joined the team in 2017 and has been a key component to the firm’s success. Teekay brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the firm. She holds a Higher Certificate in Law and is in the process of obtaining her Bachelor of Law through Unisa. In addition, Teekay holds a diploma in Human Resources. Teekay is passionate about estates and excels in client interaction and communications. She is a passionate and committed member of the team and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure clients are satisfied. With her extensive knowledge and experience, Teekay is an invaluable asset to the team at Kevin Barnard Attorneys. Tshikani Mabasa
Candidate Attorney
Kevin Barnard Attorneys is pleased to introduce Tshikani Mabasa, a candidate attorney who joined our firm in April 2023. Tshikani is a highly-skilled legal professional with a BA in Law and Psychology from Rhodes University and an LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand. She completed her Practical Legal Studies in 2023 and is passionate about Deceased Estates Law. Tshikani is an avid reader, runner, and professional development enthusiast. She is dedicated to providing the highest standard of legal services to her clients and is driven to succeed.
